  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and familiarity with talent acquisition processes.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruiting efforts, conduct interviews, and participate in onboarding processes.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work; standard business hours.
