Role: Client Solutions Executive / Sales Development Specialist, focused on business development and client relationships in the Philippines market. The role requires frequent travel to the Philippines as the market will be your main responsibility. Your responsibilities include presenting material science testing products, creating new sales opportunities, and ensuring customer success by understanding client needs and delivering tailored, high-impact solutions. This is an opportunity to build experience, grow, and contribute to the future of technology in Southeast Asia. What You’ll Be Doing New Business Development Lead Generation: Identify and target new business opportunities using market insights, cold calling, and site visits. Client Presentation: Present innovative products—primarily around additive manufacturing and testing equipment. Become an expert in key products; serve as a voice of authority in your field of expertise. Technical Quotations: Prepare and deliver accurate, customized technical quotations based on client needs, ensuring solutions align with objectives and deliver clear value. Building Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, focusing on trust, collaboration, and high-quality service. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams to coordinate across all stages of the sales process from inquiry to post-sales support. Prepare and host seminars with suppliers and regional teams to educate customers and build pipeline. Marketing Insights: Contribute insights for marketing content to ensure messaging resonates with customer pain points and business goals. What We’re Looking For Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field. 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a technical role within manufacturing equipment processes or a related industry (required). Strong understanding of industrial equipment or manufacturing processes. Ability to read technical drawings and familiarity with basic electrical concepts. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry-specific applications. Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and internal teams effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients. Willingness to travel frequently to the Philippines market.
