Job Vacancy: Job Title: Business Development Manager (APIs) Job Type: Full-time, Home office Responsibilities Customer Development: Seek out customer product and program opportunities for Veterinary and Human APIs, expand new customers, visit customers regularly, establish relationships, conduct business negotiations, and support the achievement of sales targets. Market Research: Conduct local market research, investigate industry trends, channels, competitors, and other relevant information. Evaluate New Market and Product: Assess new markets and products, and develop viable strategies for new product opportunities. Other Services: Support sales personnel in local market activities (customer visits, exhibitions, and overseas assignments of headquarters personnel); follow-up on payments. Qualifications Relevant experience in the pharmaceuticals ingredients industry (required). Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or marketing. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A self-motivated, reliable individual with a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
