Responsibilities

  • Executes all Microgenesis Business Systems events, including sponsored, sales, convention, product launch, and customer events.
  • Supports internal company events such as kick-offs, town halls, Christmas parties, and quarterly events.
  • Manages partner and vendor requirements for sponsored events from planning to completion.
  • Coordinates with internal and external partners and suppliers for event execution.
  • Monitors event results and other assigned marketing activities, promptly forwarding leads and opportunities.
  • Collects and reports performance statistics for all marketing events across channels, using data for future campaigns.
  • Provides support for various marketing team activities.
  • Manages and maintains the content database for online and offline marketing materials.
  • Coordinates with suppliers for the production of marketing materials.
  • Engages in self-study and training to develop job-related skills.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Prepares and updates reports.
  • Manages the Giveaways Monitoring Tool.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field.
  • Minimum of one year of work experience in the IT industry is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
