Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and internal correspondence. Experience handling email correspondence and booking conference calls. Experience working closely with a team, including buddying up with colleagues for call handling and client support. Experience in the conference and event industry is preferred, but not required - full training will be provided. A proactive, customer‑first mindset with a strong drive to deliver excellent service. Confidence and professionalism in communication, with adaptability in fast‑changing environments. Your Daily Tasks Work with investment banking clients on event and call bookings via email, website, and phone, acting as the main point of contact for call organizers and involved parties. Professionally operate audio and web conferences, make announcements during calls, introduce speakers, and manage Q&A sessions. Manage your diary and ensure a thorough understanding of customer requirements. Build valuable relationships with customers and make a positive impact.
