Responsibilities Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Handle payroll and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Provide support in resolving employee queries and concerns. Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
