Location: Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines

Responsibilities
  • Carry out preventive maintenance and monitor client’s vendors to ensure work is performed in accordance with approved guidelines and standards, to minimize unexpected breakdowns and interruptions to services. This includes maintenance of ACMV, plumbing & sanitary systems, kitchen equipment, amenities, fittings and fixtures, and wall, ceiling and floor finishing of the office.
  • Carry out corrective work orders and ensure they are completed in accordance with approved guidelines and standards.
  • Troubleshoot operational problems related to mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, fire protection, security services, carpentry, plumbing, kitchen equipment, etc., with authorization from Senior Technician, Site Lead, or Client.
  • Gather and record building utilities on Client leased spaces (electricity and water readings) and report discrepancies or sub-standard conditions observed to the Senior Technician.
  • Prepare and ensure that all documentation, including log sheets, service and incident reports, are updated accurately and timely.
  • Assist in establishing spare parts and maintenance consumables stocking levels and review; fabricate, modify or repair required parts as necessary with approval of OEM, Senior Technician, or Site Leads.
  • Execute EHSS policies and procedures; maintain a superior working environment in facilities maintenance, housekeeping, hygiene and sanitation.
  • Communicate regularly to superiors and co-workers during shift handover about routine inspection results, planned preventive maintenance, scheduled corrective and other operational issues.
  • Participate in and support any MEP initiatives of the Client; implement cost reduction and continuous improvement programs.
  • Assist with other facilities duties as assigned by the Senior Technician or Site Lead.
Qualifications
  • Minimum formal qualification in a technical field (Electrical and/or Mechanical).
  • At least 3 years of technical experience in building engineering and maintenance or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in repair and maintenance of F&B equipment (Electrical, Refrigeration, Hot/Cold, Gas) would be advantageous.
  • Team player, willing to learn.
  • Must be willing to do shift work.
