It’s a fully remote, technology-enhanced position using AI to optimize outreach, prioritize connections, and create automated follow‑up systems. Your focus will be on cultivating strategic partnerships and implementing scalable, partner‑driven engagement. Base pay range $50.00/hr – $50.00/hr What You Will Be Doing Cultivate and nurture strategic alliances with community organizations that influence Alpha's target demographic. Provide partners with compelling content, resources, and campaign assistance to execute aligned, results‑driven local initiatives. Secure and qualify leads generated through partnerships, document information in the CRM, and transfer them to the admissions team. Implement AI solutions to enhance outreach efficiency, automate follow‑up sequences, monitor partner engagement, and maintain precise CRM data. Refine internal procedures, guides, and reference materials to incorporate the latest field insights. What You Won’t Be Doing Participate in theoretical planning sessions – this position demands hands‑on execution. Conduct on‑site visits or in‑person fieldwork – all partnership development and activation is conducted remotely. Oversee ongoing family communications or enrollment processes – those responsibilities belong to admissions. Generate local interest and demand – that is your responsibility. Client Partnership Manager Key Responsibilities Generate top‑funnel awareness and qualified prospect acquisition for new Alpha locations through remote‑based, partner‑orchestrated community outreach strategies. Basic Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in community engagement, grassroots marketing, or relationship development roles. Proven ability to independently manage a complete pipeline from initial contact through follow‑up to successful conversion. Demonstrated success working with discerning audiences such as high‑net‑worth families or executive decision‑makers. Skilled use of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and aptitude for integrating AI tools to enhance productivity. Willingness to accommodate flexible scheduling for partner events or project deadlines (occasional evenings/monthends required). Must reside in the United States or Canada with authorization to work without visa sponsorship.
