The Customer Development Manager for the Industrial Channel is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with local and export-oriented manufacturers and meat processors. This role ensures business growth through value-added solutions and partnership strategies tailored to the industrial segment. Qualifications: • Proven experience as Sales with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the food industry. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology or any related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and CRM tools. • Knowledge in planning, customer business planning and joint business planning. • Knowledge of raw material sourcing (meat, seafood or vegetables) and supply chain dynamics in the industrial channel. • Experience in B2B, industrial or food manufacturing segments. • Proven ability to manage complex, large scale accounts. • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and presentation skills. Responsibilities: • Develop strategic plans to grow sales and market share within the industrial and manufacturing channels. • Manage key relationships with meat processors and local manufacturers. • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and business development initiatives. • Identify potential accounts and introduce product solutions aligned with manufacturing needs. • Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure reliable product supply and order fulfillment. • Provide regular business performance reports and market updates. • Manage and develop account profitability while ensuring strong service delivery standards. • Ad Hoc: Perform other tasks that may be assigned either individually or as part of a committee.
