About The Role: A Business Development Manager drives growth by generating leads, acquiring clients, and building strategic relationships. Responsibilities include strategic planning, collaboration with internal teams, proposal development, and market expansion. BDMs track metrics, adapt to industry changes, and gather customer feedback to achieve revenue targets.
You Will
- Build an active Enterprise sales pipeline (Banks, Multi finance companies, Fintech Lenders, Cooperatives) to meet target client count and revenue.
- Execute daily sales activities to onboard clients up to commercial go-live.
- Independently reach out and present CBP solutions to senior decision makers.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Aim to achieve business targets and act as a consultative seller linking business problems to CBP solutions.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor's degree from any major.
- 3+ years in B2B sales for Senior Business Development Manager level.
- Experience with Financial Institutions, Digital Solutions, Credit Bureau or Alternative Credit Score entities.
- Negotiation, client relationship management, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of risk management and SaaS networking; excellent presentation and analytical thinking.
