Position Summary

Join our team as an HR Admin Associate and be at the heart of our people operations This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a knack for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations, including document management, filing, and record keeping
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and internal events
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR workflows
  • Help foster a positive and productive workplace culture
Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduate of any 4-year course (HR, Business Administration, or related fields preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resources or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (you’ve got that “admin magic”)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and a team player
  • Willing to work onsite in Alabang
  • Can start ASAP
