Imagine being the person who connects skilled healthcare professionals with the patients and families who rely on them. You will screen candidates, move fast when needs arise, and make sure each placement is ready to hit the ground running. Responsibilities: Source qualified candidates for healthcare roles Conduct phone screens and manage interviews Use platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards Support document collection, license verification, and background checks Track recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire Recommend ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency Requirements: 1+ years of recruitment experience Experience recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles Confident on the phone, great with follow-ups, and skilled at closing candidates Proactive, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple roles at once Know how to source creatively using social media, job boards, and AI tools Experience with tools like CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter Understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics Highly organized and detail-oriented when handling compliance tasks Clear and professional communication in English (written and spoken) Comfortable working 100% remotely with a reliable setup Willing to work in a US time zone schedule What We Offer: Fair pay and on-time payment Prepaid HMO coverage Tools, training, and honest feedback to help you grow Celebration of your wins A ₱20,000 Sign-On Bonus — paid in two parts Note: If engagement ends within the first 12 months, the bonus will be subject to repayment and may be deducted from final pay.
