About the RoleWe’re looking for a remote Technical Recruiter to drive talent acquisition across technology, marketing, operations, and finance roles. This is a demanding, high-output role for driven professionals who thrive under pressure and deliver excellence consistently. We work hard, move fast, and maintain exceptionally high standards. You will lead end-to-end recruiting campaigns: from strategic sourcing and advanced boolean searching to conducting video assessments and maintaining our pre-vetted talent community. You’ll leverage AI tools, analyze global compensation data, and develop creative approaches to find exceptional candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
You’ll be part of a team focused on continuous improvement, sharing insights and best practices while maintaining rigorous data standards. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring both technical understanding and strong evaluation skills to identify and assess top talent.
Ideal CandidateBrings 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist . You have strong technical fluency for evaluating candidates across domains, advanced boolean search expertise, and sharp video assessment skills. You’re exceptionally organized with meticulous documentation abilities and are comfortable with data-driven processes. You bring polished English communication, high emotional intelligence for sensitive conversations, genuine care for candidate experience, and curiosity about different industries. You are tech-savvy, eager to leverage AI tools while understanding when human judgment matters, and able to rapidly grasp complex requirements in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you align with our values and commit to fairness and opportunity in recruiting.
Your performance will be measured by speed and quality of role fulfillment, sourcing effectiveness, assessment accuracy, screening judgment, and overall candidate experience ratings.
You’ll work closely with other Technical Recruiters, Operations Leads and Cofounders, and collaborate with Growth, Finance, and other teams from our parent company. This position reports to the Recruiting Operations Lead.
Responsibilities- Requirements Analysis: Study job descriptions to extract core requirements; synthesize feedback to refine search criteria; identify alternative candidate backgrounds for challenging roles.
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Master advanced boolean searches across LinkedIn and portfolio platforms; leverage AI tools; analyze global compensation data; create targeted outreach; hunt for hidden talent on platforms like Behance and Dribbble.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct video screening interviews; write assessment notes; evaluate competencies; curate pre-vetted talent pools; identify red flags.
- Data Management: Maintain recruitment data hygiene; standardize candidate information; track compensation trends; build candidate tracking systems; document campaign learnings.
- Operations & Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment logistics; analyze campaign metrics; coordinate client communications and scheduling; manage multiple searches.
- Process Innovation: Implement AI recruiting tools; suggest automation opportunities; develop scalable solutions; stay current with remote recruiting trends.
- Collaboration & Growth: Solve complex recruiting challenges with the team; share evaluation insights; maintain candidate relationships; participate in knowledge sharing.
- 3–5 years of related experience in roles such as Technical Recruiter , Talent Acquisition Specialist , or Recruiting Operations Manager
- Proficient with global remote recruiting practices or ability to adapt quickly
- Solid grasp of HR and recruiting best practices with mature business sense
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to adapt tone
- Stellar professional etiquette in written, phone, and video communications
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and empathetic candidate relations
- Tech-savvy with fast typing and ability to master new software
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work independently and with others
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager for growth
- Exceptional recruiter judgment across technical and non-technical domains
- Curiosity about different fields, functions, and industries
- Experience in remote recruitment or staffing for North American clients
- Large LinkedIn network or regional partnerships for cross-posting
- Understanding of worker classifications, global labor standards, tax implications
- Experience with modern ATS and TRM platforms
- Familiarity with our tools: Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Miro, Slack, ClickUp, ChatGPT, Airtable, Calendly, Zapier, NoCode platforms, Clay
- Full-time vs Part-time: Full-time (40 hours/week), Exclusivity Preferred
- Working Hours: Fixed, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM Eastern Time; daylight savings adjustments
- Education: Undergraduate degree in an intellectually rigorous field
- Level: Intermediate (3–5 years of related work experience)
- Compensation: ~USD 795–1,060 (PHP 45K–60K) per month, based on experience. Structured as a Consultant Agreement (independent contractor).
