This position plays a critical role in automating workflows, troubleshooting technical challenges and collaborating across teams to deliver scalable solutions. This role ensures seamless data flow and user-friendly experiences to support company growth and enhance customer experience. Responsibilities Translating written business requirements and specifications into functional and user-friendly electronic/web forms (eForms). Executing data extraction and delivery processes; analyze results and recommend process improvements. Creating and delivering custom reports based on client or internal requests. Performing thorough QA testing for eForms, portals and custom reports to ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaborating with the Delivery Services team to clarify development requirements and address ambiguities. Escalating changes in scope, timeline, or complexity to management proactively. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and contribute to the development of comprehensive solutions. Required Skills Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, virtual team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities successfully to meet strict deadlines. Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem resolution abilities. Demonstrates creative, technical and analytical skills. Proficient with computer software and MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Required Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred. Minimum of two years’ experience developing websites and/or web forms is preferred. Experience in Microsoft stack (C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET) is preferred. Experience with Adobe Acrobat Professional is highly preferred.
