QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related Field Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - active license required Analytical, Creative, Conceptual and Forward Thinking Computer Competency Customer Service Oriented Conflict Resolution and Decision Making Capabilities Effective and Persuasive Communicator Leadership and Macro Management Project Management FUNCTIONS AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports; Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings Develop methods and gather data to forecast financial trends determine how to allocate budgets or plan for anticipated expenses for an upcoming period of time. Determine how to achieve strategic goals and objectives through research and analysis of financial reports and market trends. Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software for financial purposes. Manage and comply with local and national government reporting requirements and tax filings Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary File confidential and non-confidential records properly on a regular basis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
