FUNCTIONS AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports; Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
  • Develops methods and gathers data to forecast  financial  trends  determine how to allocate their budgets or plan for anticipated expenses for an upcoming period of time.
  • Determines  how to achieve its strategic goals and objectives   through research and analyze financial reports and market trends and Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
  • Manage and comply with local and national government reporting requirements and tax filings
  • Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
  • File confidential and non-confidential records properly on a regular basis.
