Job Responsibilities:

• Develops trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
• Acquires a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
• Expands the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
• Ensures the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Serves as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
• Prepares regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
• Collaborates with the National Key Accounts Manager in leading the key accounts supervisors assigned to each key client.
• Communicates and collaborates with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that
key clients’ needs are met.
• Compiles reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, sales or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as key accounts manager or a similar role
• Proven experience in key accounts management
• Experience in FMCG/Retail is an advantage
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication and people skills
• The ability to build rapport with key clients and to handle multiple accounts
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach
• Ability to travel as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedule
