Delivery Operations Familiar with food or product delivery platforms, logistics coordination, and service-level management. Experience in optimizing delivery processes, managing third-party delivery partners, or integrating delivery systems into company platforms. Company App and Website Has contributed to the development, enhancement, or management of a company’s mobile app and website. Understands user experience (UX), customer journey mapping, and digital touchpoints that drive engagement and conversion. Aggregators Experience working with third-party platforms such as GrabFood, Foodpanda, Lazada, Shopee, etc. Skilled in managing listings, promotions, and performance metrics on these platforms, and aligning aggregator strategies with company goals. Job Qualifications Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related course. Post-graduate degree is an advantage. Must have at least 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, customer engagement, or related fields. Must have an experience in developing and launching an advertising or integrated marketing campaign, e-commerce and new toy concept launches. Must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City on a hybrid working set-up (2 days onsite per week) Preferred Skills & Experience Strong background in Loyalty Program Management and CRM. Exposure to SOK, aggregators, and digital touchpoints. Experience working in-house (corporate setting) is preferred.
