Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements. Support the recruitment process by identifying and attracting top talent. Lead organizational change management initiatives as required. Qualifications A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven expertise in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Singapore. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strategic mindset with the ability to drive organizational initiatives.
