HR Business Partner, Philippines – Haleon Location: Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines Haleon is a world‑leading consumer health company shaping everyday health for billions. We invite you to become part of our team. About This Role This role will support all Haleon Philippines business units and functions within the commercial team. You will partner with commercial, HR, and local markets to respond to business needs and deliver a positive employee experience. In this role you will Culture Development: Support HRBLs in understanding the business agenda and translate it into an engaging culture. Succession Planning & Talent Management: Coach leaders to manage strong diverse talent and align planning with workforce strategy. Leading and Delivering Change: Diagnose business needs, design change solutions, and champion senior leaders. Leadership Development & Coaching: Apply insights to coach business leaders and build leadership capabilities. Organizational Design & Development: Partner on organization effectiveness and structure improvements. Workforce and Strategic Capability Planning: Apply business insight to diagnose capability gaps and develop workforce plans. HR Governance & Risk Management: Support HR risk mitigation, address high‑risk ER issues, and promote positive employee environment. Reward & Retention Strategy: Develop and deliver compensation plans that support attraction and retention. Why you?
