About the role

We are currently looking for Accounts Receivable Operations Analysts to join Acquire Asia Pacific Philippines Inc. (Acquire BPO) under the RingCentral account (RingCentral). RingCentral is a US-based company providing cloud-unified communications and collaboration solutions, serviced in the Philippines by Acquire Asia Pacific Philippines, Inc.

Responsibilities
  • Billing and Collections: Daily delinquency notices; payment and billing reconciliations; reconcile customer disputes related to outstanding balances; handle high-volume phone calls and emails to delinquent customers.
  • Reporting: Weekly and monthly reporting to direct supervisor; ability to build ad-hoc reporting using NetSuite and Excel.
  • Team Planning: Participate in team planning meetings; collaborate as a team player; support where needed; meet defined department goals and activity metrics.
  • NetSuite Experience: Must have NetSuite experience.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of high-volume B2B collections & deductions/dispute experience.
  • Must be an Accounting Graduate.
  • Must have NetSuite experience.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Collections, Cash Applications, and Billing procedures; B2B collections & deductions/disputes experience.
  • Customer service and communication skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Analytical and reporting skills; proficient in Excel (vlookups, pivots) for recurring HR programs and ad hoc reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Willing to work night shift.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas).
