We’re currently looking for Senior Accounts Receivable Operations Analysts.********To succeed in this role you must have the following:********Billing and Collections**.** Daily delinquency notices. Payment and billing reconciliations. Reconcile customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances. High volume phone calls and emails to assigned delinquent customers.****Reporting. W**eekly and monthly reporting to direct supervisor. A**ble to build ad-hoc reporting utilizing NetSuite and Excel.****Team Planning.**** Participate in team planning meetings. Team player able to assist where needed. Meet defined department goals and activity metrics.****Netsuite Experience.**** Must have NetSuite experience.****To succeed in this role you must have the following:***** 5 years high volume B2B collections & deductions/dispute experience* Must be an Accounting Graduate* Must have a Netsuite experience****Desired Qualifications:***** ****Knowledge of Collections, Cash Applications, and Billing procedures.**** B2B collections & deductions/dispute experience.* ****Customer Service and Communication Skills**** - Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Ability to prioritize and handle multipleresponsibilities.* ****Analytical and Reporting skills** -** Ability to generate reports and using Excel (vlookup, pivots etc) for a key HR programs on a recurring basis, also responsible for ad hoc reporting and analysis.
