Responsibilities Responsible for the collection of outstanding debt including correct allocation of cash received; manage client relationships and build professional working relationships with clients and TP ICAP employees. Handle more complex or higher revenue generating clients, building and maintaining relationships to a high level; participate in AR Global Relationship Manager calls as appropriate. Meet individual targets and support less experienced team members to meet their targets (e.g., cash collection, DSO). Act as support and mentor to less experienced team members as appropriate. Ensure timely and accurate posting of cash receipts into the Oracle AR sub-ledger. Act as first point of escalation in tracking and recovery of brokerage fees from clients. Resolve questions by understanding all products and brokerage calculations; generate and send monthly invoices; reconcile revenue and invoice files by month-end. Perform reconciliation of debtor balances and create aged debt reports. Understand end-to-end process flow from trading systems to invoicing and the general ledger; suggest improvements to enhance AR operations. Maintain accurate intercompany records; enter client queries in the JIRA query resolution tool and resolve them timely. Recommend and implement improvements to systems, processes and procedures; comply with policies, guidelines and controls; monitor and report breaches; meet audit requirements and deadlines. Collaborate with IT to integrate new business into AR and ensure AR development requirements are met. Experience / Competences Essential Experience in the financial services sector Experience using Oracle Financials/Oracle E-Business Suite Experience in an accounts receivable environment with credit collection, aged debt management and cash allocation Experience answering client queries and interacting with stakeholders across functions and locations Experience reporting in a KPI-driven environment Experience processing in a controls environment and implementing controls improvements Experience working in a corporate/large firm environment Desired Knowledge of the TP ICAP brand, functions and structure Experience with TP ICAP in-house systems Experience in change or project management Band & Level Associate: Professional, 5 Analyst: Professional, 4 Company statements We believe in inclusivity and a work environment where everyone can flourish.
