You’ll work directly with the business owner, contributing strategic thinking and creative ideas while having the autonomy to shape how marketing initiatives come to life. Hourly Rate: The equivalent of US$ 6.03 per hour in the applicant’s local currency Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 h per week Work Arrangement: Work from home Side Note: Since this is a permanent work‑from‑home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities Create and adapt weekly wellness guides for the membership portal that align with business objectives Manage Instagram presence with posts that complement and amplify email campaigns and portal content Ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across all marketing channels (email, social media, membership portal) Provide strategic input on content planning and marketing initiatives Handle email support and basic client retention activities Assist with project management for new initiatives like affiliate program setup and promotion Support implementation and marketing of new business programs through coordinated multi‑channel efforts Maintain and update content on the Memberspace membership platform Requirements Experience with email marketing platforms (Flowdesk experience preferred) Strong social media management skills, particularly Instagram Content creation abilities with focus on wellness, lifestyle, or similar industries Basic administrative and customer support experience Strategic thinking and project management capabilities Strong written communication skills with attention to detail Bonus if you have experience with membership platforms or wellness content It helps if you’re comfortable learning new tools (Memberspace training provided) Bonus if you have experience with affiliate program setup or management Why Join This Team?
