HR Employee Relations Officer – Outsourced Doers

Be the trusted advisor in building a positive work culture and guiding HR processes that make an impact.

Lead key HR programs—from performance management to onboarding and offboarding—and shape each team member’s experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Monitoring: Develop strategies to uphold Outsourced Doers' Code of Conduct and labor policies.
  • Labor Relations Expertise: Collaborate with legal teams and lead evidence-gathering for labor cases.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in drafting policies and manage grievance processes.
  • HR Support: Serve as the main point of contact for employees working in the office, addressing concerns related to office operations, policies, or resources.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge & Experience: Well-versed in Philippine Labor Code with experience handling comprehensive HR functions in a fast-growing company.
  • Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities in a high-paced environment.
  • Education: BA/BS in HR Management or related field (Bachelor of Laws is a plus).
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and equipped with a high emotional quotient for empathetic engagement.
  • Location Flexibility: This role is in a work-from-home setting.
