Marketing Data Analyst Job Overview We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to support the Marketing team with data reporting, performance tracking, and insights generation. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in marketing analytics. This role will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and presenting data to optimize marketing performance, track key metrics, and drive data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Data Collection & Reporting – Gather and consolidate marketing performance data from Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic DSPs, and CRM tools. Performance Dashboards & Visualization – Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports using Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to track CTR, CPC, ROAS, DAU, and retention rates. Campaign Performance Analysis – Analyze paid media, organic traffic, and CRM data to generate actionable insights that optimize marketing strategies. Data Accuracy & Validation – Ensure data integrity by cross-referencing sources and validating campaign performance metrics. A/B Testing & Experiment Tracking – Monitor and report on A/B test results for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting. Budget & Spend Analysis – Track ad spend vs. performance efficiency, assisting in budget allocation and ROI optimization. Custom Reports & Insights – Provide weekly and monthly reports, identifying trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities. Collaboration & Stakeholder Support – Work with Performance Marketing, CRM, and Social Media teams to enhance user acquisition and retention strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. Proficiency in Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas). Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, LTV, DAU). Experience in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, CRM tools is a plus. Knowledge of SQL and data querying is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work with large datasets. Experience in sportsbook, casino, or digital marketing industries is a plus but not required.
