About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Online Store Specialist to join our team at TEAM MANILA GRAPHIC DESIGN STUDIO, INC. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our online store to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Based in Makati City Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our e‑commerce presence. What you’ll be doing Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our online store, including inventory management, order fulfillment and customer service Analyse website analytics and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the user experience Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales Maintain accurate product listings and ensure all content is up‑to‑date and aligned with brand guidelines Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner Continuously explore new technologies and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition What we’re looking for Minimum 1 year of experience in e‑commerce or online retail, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions Proficient in using e‑commerce platforms, CMS, and data analysis tools A creative mindset and an eye for detail to enhance the online user experience Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools Passion for the retail industry and a keen interest in staying up‑to‑date with the latest trends What we offer At TEAM MANILA GRAPHIC DESIGN STUDIO, INC., we are committed to providing a supportive and enriching work environment for our employees.
