In this critical role, you\'ll be instrumental in ensuring seamless and efficient staff deployment, directly impacting the quality of care provided to our residents. You\'ll leverage your expertise in real-time scheduling to address immediate staffing needs, adapt to unforeseen challenges, and maintain optimal coverage across various healthcare settings.

Responsibilities
  • Real-Time Staffing Management: Proactively monitor and manage staffing levels for aged care and residential facilities, identifying and addressing immediate gaps or overages.
  • Outbound Communication: Initiate and maintain frequent outbound calls to healthcare professionals (nurses, caregivers, etc.) to confirm availability, offer shifts, and fill urgent staffing needs with a high sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • Salesforce Scheduling Expertise: Utilize Salesforce Scheduling to its full potential for all scheduling activities, including creating, modifying, and canceling shifts, managing staff availability, and generating reports.
  • Problem Solving: Rapidly assess and resolve real-time staffing challenges, including call-outs, unexpected absences, and sudden increases in demand.
  • Coordination & Communication: Liaise effectively with facility managers, team leads, and healthcare professionals to ensure clear communication and smooth operational flow.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain meticulous records of all scheduling activities, communications, and staffing outcomes within Salesforce.
  • Performance Monitoring: Contribute to the continuous improvement of scheduling processes by identifying trends and recommending solutions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Real-Time Analyst or similar role, with a strong emphasis on healthcare staff scheduling.
  • Proven expertise in aged care or residential facility staffing is essential. You understand the unique complexities and demands of these environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Scheduling is a must. You should be able to navigate the platform confidently and utilize its features effectively.
  • Fearless and highly effective outbound calling skills are critical. You must be comfortable and confident making a high volume of calls to secure staffing.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a calm and decisive approach under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet operational needs.
