This role involves building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable products or service solutions that drive growth and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and proposal submissions to potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities. Attend trade shows, events, or client meetings as needed to promote company products and services. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office Goal-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude.
