Your Role Prepare accurate technical drawings, plans, and 3D models using CAD, Inentor, Solidworks or BIM software. Interpret design briefs and engineering specifications into detailed drawings. Ensure drawings comply with standards and regulations. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to refine designs. Update and revise drawings based on feedback, site changes, or client requirements. Maintain organized drawing registers and documentation for projects. Assist in preparing design presentations, renders, and technical documentation for clients or approvals. Identify potential design or construction issues early and flag them for review. Liaise with engineering team to incorporate product specifications into designs. Support the project team with any drawing‑related queries during submission. Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to determine scope of work. Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors. Analyze tender documents and identify risks, exclusions, and opportunities. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing; develop bills of quantities (BOQ) and cost breakdowns. Track and update cost databases and historical pricing records.
