Draftsperson and Estimator (Intermediate) – Hybrid (MOA, Pasay) MicroSourcing invites you to join our team for a Draftsperson and Estimator (Intermediate) role located in MOA, Pasay. Your Role Prepare accurate technical drawings, plans, and 3D models using CAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, or BIM software. Interpret design briefs and engineering specifications into detailed drawings. Ensure drawing compliance with standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to refine designs. Update and revise drawings based on feedback, site changes, or client requirements. Maintain organized drawing registers and documentation for projects. Assist in preparing design presentations, renders, and technical documentation for clients or approvals. Identify potential design or construction issues early and flag them for review. Liaise with the engineering team to incorporate product specifications into designs. Support the project team with any drawing‑related queries during submission. Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to determine scope of work. Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors. Analyze tender documents and identify risks, exclusions, and opportunities. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing. Develop bills of quantities (BOQ) and cost breakdowns. Track and update cost databases and historical pricing records. Qualifications 2‑3 years of experience in drafting and estimating. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Inventor, or similar drafting software.
