Position: Polish Technical Support
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: PHP 80,000 – PHP 90,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (once or twice of working onsite per week.)

Requirements:
Proficient in Polish and English Language
At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
Knowledgeable in Computer application
Computer and internet savvy – can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
BPO experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
Handle and manage inquiries and request over phone/emails and tracking system
Conduct initial troubleshooting to identify the issue and ensure resolution
Troubleshoot various systems/servers/workstations
Ensure proper documentation
Perform other related tasks
