Position: Accounts Payable Manager Company Industry: IT Company Work Location: Naga City Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Salary: Php 80,000 to Php 90,000 Work Set Up: Night Shift JOB REQUIREMENTS: ✨ Bachelor's Degree Holder in Finance, Accounting ✨ At least 5 to 6 years of experience in managerial role ✨ At least 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable ✨ Amendable in a nightshift ✨ Can start as soon as possible JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ✨ Act as the primary liaison for clients, handling escalations and providing prompt support to ensure quick and effective issue resolution. ✨ Guide, coach, and oversee cross-functional teams to foster high performance, collaboration, and alignment with organizational goals. ✨ Analyze existing workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and implement process enhancements that boost productivity and streamline operations. ✨ Track and assess key operational metrics, leveraging data insights to inform decisions and promote ongoing improvement initiatives. ✨ Design and execute strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening operational excellence and driving the achievement of overall business objectives..
