Mission of the Position

This person is responsible for consistently achieving hiring targets, with a strong focus on sourcing top-quality candidates. They will lead the charge in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract both active and passive talent—especially for key roles in customer service and music education. This role requires excellent sourcing skills, proactive outreach, and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.

1. Strategy and Targets: Executing hiring strategies to achieve recruitment targets for teachers and centre leadership positions.

2. Sourcing and Interviewing: Proactively source and engage passive and active talents in the marketplace to meet current and future talent pipeline needs, while conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for roles within Aureus, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.

3. Continuous Improvement: Proactively gather feedback from hiring managers and stakeholders to innovate talent acquisition processes, while implementing continuous learning initiatives to enhance the team's skills and capabilities, staying ahead of recruitment trends.

4. Ad-Hoc: Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management to support the overall objectives of the organization.

  • Hiring Goals- Achieve specific targets for recruitment to fulfill organizational staffing needs and objectives.
Hiring Criteria
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment, including 1 year in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, able to translate insights into effective recruitment strategies.
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, adept at managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, empowering and motivating teams to achieve recruitment goals.
