JOB SUMMARY We’re looking for a proactive and organised Marketing & Admin Support Specialist to join our team in Cebu City. You’ll be supporting two Australian businesses—one in marketing consultancy and another in renovation management—by handling a mix of administration, billing, and digital marketing tasks . This is a full-time, onsite role (dayshift) that’s perfect if you’re highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow your skills in admin, finance, marketing, and digital tools. WHAT YOU’LL DO Handle admin tasks: email, calendar, scheduling, reports, and client communications Manage accounts and billing with Xero (essential), plus draft invoices and timesheets Support marketing execution: content creation, social media posts (LinkedIn, FB, IG, YouTube), and design using Canva Edit and repurpose content: podcasts, videos, and graphics (tools: Descript, OpusClip, Adobe ) Manage CRM and automations in Go High-Level (GHL) ; build workflows using Zapier/Make Assist with website updates (WordPress) and digital campaigns Work independently, meet deadlines, and bring proactive ideas to improve processes REQUIREMENTS Experience in administration, billing/finance, or digital marketing Proficiency in Xero (essential); Harvest experience a plus Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and other social platforms Skilled in Canva and light copywriting Familiarity with podcast/video editing tools (Descript, OpusClip, Adobe, etc.) Experience with Go High-Level (essential), plus Zapier/Make Familiar with WordPress (preferred) Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Ready to apply your expertise in a role that offers both stability and significant growth?
