Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in project delivery or program management, with a strong focus on data and analytics projects.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of complex projects within large enterprise environments, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow).
  • Working knowledge of data platforms, analytics tools, and enterprise IT systems is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Experience in coordinating SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and managing defect triage and resolution.
  • Solid understanding of capacity planning and vendor/resource management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Proven ability to align diverse teams (technical, business, vendors) toward common project goals.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of leading project teams to successful delivery.

Job Description

  • Full accountability for end-to-end project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Align with client's SDLC processes across service definition, build, and management.
  • Maintain project plans, status reports, and risk management logs.
  • Manage project resources and vendor relationships; ensure capacity planning and team alignment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and platform leads.
  • Oversee SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution, and implementation.
  • Ensure all documentation, training, and transitions are delivered on time.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and mandated trainings.
