We’re partnering with a respected and digitally forward financial institution in the Philippines as they expand their data and technology capabilities. As part of this initiative, they’re looking for a skilled MDM Delivery Lead to oversee enterprise data initiatives, playing a key role in the success of ongoing transformation programs.

If you’re experienced with Informatica MDM (or similar platforms), have a solid grasp of data architecture and governance, and are passionate about aligning technology with business value, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise data projects, ensuring timely execution aligned with business objectives
  • Design and manage MDM solutions, with a focus on Informatica MDM or comparable tools
  • Drive collaboration across IT, data, and business teams for configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management
  • Oversee project management functions including resource planning, risk mitigation, and budget tracking
  • Champion service delivery excellence and continuous platform improvements
What We're Looking For
  • Strong technical background in IT systems, SDLC, and deployment processes
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM or equivalent MDM platforms
  • Proven experience delivering data-focused and enterprise-wide solutions
  • 3–5 years in enterprise data platform and delivery management
  • Effective communicator and stakeholder manager across technical and business teams
  • Experience in project and financial management within complex environments
