As a Mortgage Processing Assistant , you’ll support both the mortgage processing and client support specialist teams in reviewing loan applications, managing documentation, and coordinating with lenders. Your strong attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of all mortgage files. Job Highlights Job Title: Mortgage Processing AssistantMonthly Rate: Php 40,000Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hoursSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ESTWork Arrangement: Work from homeContract: Independent Contractor Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor , the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities Input and maintain accurate data in the mortgage processing system Review loan files for completeness and compliance with company and lender guidelines Ensure loan files are complete and audit-ready Prepare loan documentation for processing and post-closing Maintain organized files and records electronically Provide administrative support to the mortgage processing team as needed Utilize ARIVE LOS or similar systems (experience preferred) Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients Analyze loan data to ensure compliance with lending practices and regulations Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Work independently and collaboratively within a team setting Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and adaptability in a dynamic industry Requirements Prior mortgage-related experience Experience in loan processing is a plus Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and documentation requirements Reliable internet connection and personal computer setup Independent Contractor Perks HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent Work from Home Immediate Hiring Steady Freelance Job Reminder Apply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site .
