Role Summary We are seeking a REMOTE (WFH) Senior Loan Processor with proven experience in the Australian mortgage processes. This role involves full-cycle support from credit assessment through to post-settlement, requiring the ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and compliance. ON OFFER Remuneration up to Php 90k per month (Fortnight payment)- depending on skill set & experience Paid Time Off and Australian Public Holiday Incentives/ Bonus / Salary Appraisal Key Responsibilities Assess client documents and conduct credit checks Perform servicing and pricing calculations, upfront valuations, and credit report extraction Package and submit loan applications via ApplyOnline or similar platforms Liaise with brokers, clients, lenders, and solicitors throughout the loan lifecycle Monitor loan progress and proactively follow up on outstanding items Manage settlement tasks including discharge processing, lender follow-ups, and settlement delay resolution Provide post-settlement assistance including repricing, loan increases, progress payments, and fixed rate reviews Ensure all records are up to date in the CRM and comply with internal procedures and lender policies Candidate Requirements Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Australian mortgage processing- End to End Process up to post-settlement. Strong understanding of lender policies (i.e CBA, ANZ, Macquarie, Westpac, etc.) Proficient in platforms such as ApplyOnline, Mercury, Salesforce, or similar Comfortable handling PAYG, self-employed, SMSF, and complex loan applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines independently Strong organizational and documentation skills Personal desktop/ Laptop- core i5 and dual monitor (alike) Back up equipment- Laptop/ Desktop, Wifi/ Prepaid, Power station Noise Cancelling headset (for meeting and calls) Unlock job insights Salary match Number of applicants Skills match Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems do you have experience using?
