We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the Payments / Treasury project and collaborate with stakeholders to review, analyze, and define business needs and system requirements. This role reports to the Senior Business Analyst – Strategic Project Management Office. Key Responsibilities Lead business and process requirements groups to understand the needs of business departments and the Gen II Fund Services Group. Build strong relationships with project stakeholders to communicate and formulate the vision and requirements for the project. Support the Programme / Project Manager with project planning, monitoring, and issue resolution. Document and develop business cases, including cost-benefit analyses, to gain agreement from Change Committee / Senior Management. Analyze requirements and processes to identify areas for strategic and operational improvements; produce and maintain high-quality requirements documentation. Define client needs by listening to requirements and facilitate identifying solutions; conduct impact analyses for change requests. Support development, testing, and readiness activities; assist with change management and transition planning. Manage BA workload and work autonomously to meet project timelines; identify and escalate risks and issues to the Project Manager. Collaborate with the PMO to deliver projects on time and within budget and promote adoption of standard PMO templates and tools. Stay informed about Business Analysis updates, features, and best practices; identify opportunities for process improvement within BA/PMO. Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal English, including technical writing skills. Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, and critical thinking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and negotiate. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, and frequent change. Self-motivated with a passion for working with people and for ongoing service improvement and innovation. Able to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment and recommend process improvements. Preferred Skills Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Excellent knowledge of Payments / Treasury functions. Recognized BA or Project Management qualification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, PRINCE2, PMI). Strong knowledge of business modelling techniques and tools; familiarity with project methodologies.
