## Commission Analyst (Sales Compensation Computation)Let’s be #BrilliantTogether**Overview****Responsibilities*** Responsible for monthly commission calculations according to ISS compensation plans.* Maintain detailed, accurate and organized records of commission earnings, adjustments, payouts as well as procedure manuals and other sales supporting documents.* Adjust/Create compensation incentive plans as requested* Provide detailed compensation reports as requested* Assist with the resolving any disputes or inquiries regarding commission compensation.* Collect and analyze data from multiple sources and upload the data into sales compensation calculator.* Other duties as assigned.**Qualifications**Training & Experience:* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or any equivalent courses.* Has 1-3 years’ relevant work experience (either on the same role or has assumed functions involving commission).* Expert Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions) skills* Excellent interpersonal skills (proactive personality, highly motivated and can work independently)* Extremely organized, detail oriented and hard working.* Excellent oral and written communication skills.Work Location & Schedule:* Amenable working at Makati City on a nightshift schedule (10 pm- 7am, Manila Time).* Amenable to go on a hybrid working arrangement (at least 3 days' work onsite per week)Experience working with any of the following would be a plus:* Experience in working with Salesforce#LI-NS1#ASSOCIATE#Finance**What You Can Expect from Us**At ISS STOXX, our people are our driving force.
