Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Broking Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop your capabilities and shape the future of our clients' companies.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and diligent, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Execute World Class Broking for renewal and new businesses.
  • Negotiate for best terms based on Analytics Team analysis for all clients.
  • Ensure 100% rollover of revenue and at least 95% client retention.
  • Deliver Aon United through a growth mindset, fully support HS / BD Team / HS Advisory Team/ Client Engagement Team and cross-selling activities with Human Capital and Risk Capital Solutions.
  • Adhere to Client Profitability and RTP Plan.
  • Strict adherence to the renewal process (Renewal Plan Management) based on milestone dates and metric. Collaborate closely (through regular huddle) with Account Management Team / BD / Client Engagement Team, to ensure completeness of pre-RFP and pre-placement documents.
  • For Global accounts - strict adherence to GBoR renewal metrics. GI updating based on each milestone in collaboration with Account Management Team and COE Team.
  • Commission Grid Standardization - Negotiate commission uplift for accounts below the commission standards. For accounts below Commission grid, ensure that accomplished CVAF is available prior placement. While for accounts that may have diminution from existing, ensure approval is given from Team Leads.
  • Work closely with COE Team and Account Management Team to ensure that agreed TAT for each renewal milestone are strictly being followed.
