Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to the Project Managers in the implementation of Financial Systems/ERP solution. Contribute to project planning, tracking, reporting, and other project support activities.
  • Participate in the development of application enhancements and identify the most appropriate solution by collaborating with other technical resources and understanding conceptual design and applying it to business objectives and requirements.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders and communicate to developers/consultants (concise narratives, process flow diagrams, report layout).
  • Lead the Financial Systems/ERP project testing which includes accounting entries, internal financial reports, and regulatory reports (BIR, Insurance Commission, SEC).
  • Prepare approximate estimates for development efforts associated with application enhancements.
  • Contribute to the review of technical design for application enhancements by collaborating with stakeholders as needed to ensure application development meets architecture guidelines and standards.
  • Serve as a technical resource by providing consultation during creation of test cases and answering business and technical inquiries.
  • Manage vendor relations with Financial ERP provider / serving as a liaison between stakeholders (including vendors) and users.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree related to Finance + working knowledge as Business Analyst in the implementation of Financial Systems/ERP, Or Bachelor's Degree related to IT + hands-on experience as Business Analyst in the implementation of Financial Systems/ERP.
  • 3-5 years solid relevant experience.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision

  • Includes the ability to draw inferences from process details and link these inferences to the big picture by considering business objectives in identifying process improvements.
  • Knowledge of the application of the different SDLC methodologies in system development

  • Knowledge in project management
  • Knowledge in database and security
  • Knowledge in change management
  • With technical writing skills
Preferred Experience
  • End-to-end ERP implementation experience
  • Insurance Knowledge
  • Experience in end-to-end SDLC process
  • Agile or Waterfall
Preferred Knowledge
  • With 3-5 years implementation and development experience in Financial ERP solutions i.e. Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SunSystems, Oracle Fusion, SAP etc.
  • Working knowledge of basic application development standard procedures, concepts and principles.
  • Basic knowledge of design, development and application of technology for enhancement purposes.
  • Working knowledge of technical documentation.
  • Working knowledge of software development lifecycle and relevant milestones.
