Job Description Lead the shopper insights function, setting the strategic vision and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Design and oversee innovative research programs, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methodologies to uncover actionable insights into shopper behavior and market trends. Partner with senior leaders across marketing, sales, and category management to translate insights into impactful strategies that drive business growth. Manage and develop relationships with external research agencies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, actionable insights. Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, influencing decision-making with compelling, data-driven narratives. Champion a culture of shopper-centricity across the organization while continuously enhancing insights capabilities through innovation and best practices.
