Collaborate with Finance and Demand Planning for accurate forecasting and profitability analysis. Oversee execution of NPD launches, distribution expansion, and category visibility initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). At least 5–7 years of FMCG experience in Category, Trade Marketing, or Financial Planning. Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, budget management, and financial modeling. Proficient in data tools and platforms (e.g., Nielsen, Power BI, SAP).
