Overview

Solutions Architect — role focused on advising customers through technical evaluations, guiding the journey from exploration to adoption to complete the technical sales cycle. The role supports regional revenue growth, delivers compelling presentations and custom demonstrations, leads proofs-of-concept engagements, and communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels to demonstrate the value and impact of solutions.

Responsibilities
  • An Advisor by guiding customers through technical evaluations, ensuring a seamless journey from exploration to adoption to complete the technical sales cycle.
  • Support to drive regional revenue growth by supporting strategic sales initiatives and expanding company’s brand presence in the market.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and custom demonstrations that address real customer needs and business challenges.
  • Provide customers experience the true power of data & analytics platform by leading impactful proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to senior leadership, ensuring alignment on the value and impact of solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science or relevant discipline
  • Min 5 years of experience in a presales and/or consulting capacity
  • Strong Knowledge of Data Integration (ETL), Data Quality (DQ), Data Governance, iPaaS (APIs, micro services, Application Integration) and Big Data
  • Good experience in BI & analytics
  • Familiarity with cloud solutions like SaaS, PaaS and iPaaS
  • Knowledge on Cloud Data Platforms and technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake etc.
  • Good to have working knowledge in Talend Data Fabric Tools
  • Track record of developing relationships at technical, commercial, and executive levels throughout large enterprises
