Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerkto join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of accounting experience. The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations and contribute to maintaining accurate financial records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recording daily financial transactions and maintaining general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and payment records.
  • Help in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Assist with internal audits and external reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline accounting processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the finance field.
  • Open to working onsite and on a night shift schedule, is required.
