Overview

We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks.

Accounting Clerk responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements. You will also run accounting software programs (e.g. SAP) to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts. A successful accounting assistant should be familiar with all accounting procedures and have a flair for numbers. Ultimately, a successful Accounting Clerk will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
  • Provide assistance and support to company personnel
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
  • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
  • Constantly update job knowledge

  • 2. 负责各类结算票证的购买、领用登记、保管工作。
  • 3. 按规定时间办理费用报销及付款手续。
  • 4. 随时掌握银行存款余额,严禁签发空头支票,按时上报现金流量表。
  • 5. 编制资金周报、月报,每月编制银行账调节表,并定期向上级做汇报总结。
  • 6. 了解东南亚财经政策和会计、税务法规,熟悉银行结算业务。
  • 7. 完成领导交办的其他工作。
  • 任职要求:
Qualifications
  • 40岁以下,大专及以上学历,会计、财务等相关专业,具备零售、快消品/矿业工作经验尤佳,持有会计从业资格证。
  • 具备财会基础知识,熟练使用各类财务工具和办公软件。
  • 两年以上相同工作经验,有一定的英文沟通能力。
  • 善于处理流程性事务、良好的学习能力、独立工作能力。
  • 具有较强的保密意识,作风严谨,有良好的职业操守,工作细致,责任感强。
  • 工作地点:菲律宾。
  • · Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk
  • · Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
  • · Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
  • · Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
  • · Accuracy and attention to detail
  • · Aptitude for numbers
  • · Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
  • · Data entry and word processing skills
  • · Well organized
  • · Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification is a plus
