Position: Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice & Voice Accounts Available) Site: Everise Ortigas, Pasig City Work Setup: Temporary Work-at-Home (must be willing to report onsite once required) Salary Package: Up to ₱23,000 per month (based on experience and assessment results) Viber Number Required: For faster coordination and interview updates Job Description As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist customers through calls, chats, or emails — providing helpful information, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction ends on a positive note. This is a great opportunity for both first-time applicants and experienced BPO professionals. Basic Qualifications At least High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate No Call Center Experience Required for some accounts For certain accounts, at least 6 months of International BPO experience is required Excellent English communication skills Must have a stable internet connection of at least 35 Mbps (with proof required) Must provide proof of address Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City when required Must have an active Viber number for coordination Eligible Locations Open to residents of: Mandaluyong, Pasig, Taguig, Pateros, Makati, San Juan City, Pasay City, Quezon City (excluding Novaliches and Bulacan), Cainta, Taytay, Marikina, Angono, and Binangonan.
