-Healthcare Support Associate – Centene MP (US Healthcare)

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: ₱19,000 – ₱25,000 (depending on role & experience)

Plus:
-20% Night Differential
-₱1,250 Non-Taxable Allowance (NTA)
-HMO upon hire

-13th Month Pay

-Show-Up Bonus (for some roles): ₱3,000 + 10kg Rice + ₱2,000 Grocery Voucher

Work Setup & Schedule:

Work Location: Pasig – Ortigas (some roles are Temporary Work from Home)
Schedule: Shifting or Day Shift (depending on the role)
Seasonal contracts available (up to 5 months for selected accounts)

Qualifications:
-Communication: Good to Excellent English Skills

Experience:
-At least 6 months BPO experience required
-College Graduate acceptable if no BPO experience
-Specific experience in outbound collections/sales preferred for related roles
-HS or ALS Graduates accepted for some accounts

Additional Requirements (For WFH roles):

Stable Internet: At least 35 Mbps
